As demand for clinical genomics continues to rise, laboratories are under increasing pressure to scale workflows without compromising quality, compliance, or team capacity. For The Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust, this meant rethinking how clinical genomics automation and lab operations could evolve to support growing demand.
